The Foundation
The Betty and David Koetser Foundation supports clinical and basic research in the field of neurology and neuroscience with special focus on movement disorders and neuropsychology. The Foundation has an interest in strengthening exchanges between basic research and clinical implementation.
The Betty and David Koetser Foundation for Brain Research was founded in 1993 in Zurich by the Koetser Family. Since then the Foundation is continually providing financial support for various selected Research Projects. Moreover, the Foundation annually grants the Koetser Award to an excellent neuroscientist who presents his or her seminal work in a public Koetser Memorial Lecture.
